At Mona T-Shirt, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom products. To ensure transparency, please review our updated return policy, which reflects our focus on custom printing orders and their unique requirements.


Artwork Guidelines

Before submitting your order, please double-check all artwork for accuracy, including file details and color codes. Mona T-Shirt is not responsible for errors in submitted artwork files. For optimal print quality, please follow these guidelines:

  • DTG or DTF Printing: Submit 300 dpi transparent PNG files.
  • Screen Printing: Vector files (e.g., EPS, SVG, AI) are preferred.

Custom Printing Orders

All custom printing orders are final. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please confirm all details before placing your order.


Non-Custom Products

For non-custom items, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
    • All original tags and packaging must be included.
    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Initiating a Return:

    • Contact us at info@monatshirt.com within five business days of receiving your item to request a return.
    • Wait for return approval from our team before shipping the item back.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange shipping independently.
  • Restocking Fee:
    A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@monatshirt.com. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to find a resolution.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, you must place a new order. Returns for non-custom products must be initiated separately, as outlined above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
