Custom Direct to Film (DTF) Transfers are digital heat transfers that allow for vivid, full-color transfer printing using eco-friendly water based ink to create a heat transfer with so many possibilities. Read more about DTF Printing here.
When uploading please make sure that your images meet the below criteria:
- Dimensions are exactly the size you choose.
- Recommended DPI: 300
- File Type: PNG
- Image should have a transparent background. THE DESIGN WILL BE PRINTED EXACTLY AS IT WAS LOADED. IF THERE IS A BACKGROUND (SOLID COLOR BEHIND YOUR IMAGE IT WILL PRINT.)
- Can be used for a single image or add multiple images as a gang sheet as long as it fits in the print area of the size you choose.
- IMPORTANT: Any text smaller then 0.3 inches may not be be clearly visible or may not print well. For optimal readability, ensure text is appropriately sized.

In addition the images you upload are for printing request purposes only and are not shared with anyone outside Mona T-Shirt.
We will except except returns only within five business days. If you wish to order another size, you will need to place another order through the website.
Return Shipping: As part of the return process, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees and arranging the return shipping. No label will be provided.
Restocking Fee: All accepted returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.
